Pipeline Tool Development Engineer

This engineer will develop a flow for optimum content development, through the construction of a good software environment.

    Work Details

    ・This engineer will support artists with tool development and construction of work flow.

    ・The engineer will constantly develop and maintain a development environment to match current needs, and develop a flow for optimization.

    The Pipeline Tool Development Engineer is responsible for building a smooth route for artists to deliver 3D and 2D assets for the product. Working together with artists, they will customize commercial CG software, implement original software, and develop and maintain optimum production flow.

    Experience

    ・Game or Animation production experience
    ・Development experience in Python or C++
    ・Development experience of Maya tools

    Desired
    Experience/Skills

    ・Development experience of 3DAPIs such as OpenGL/DirectX
    ・Basic understanding of shader development/databases/basic understanding of modeling and lighting
    ・Development experience of asset management systems and distributed batch Distributed batch job systems
    ・Development experience in Windows and Linux
    ・Web, DB, JavaScript, C# related development experience

      *The PDS(Product Development Staff) Employee is a standard employee format for game creators with superflex work hours, yearly salary contract, and special incentive bonus.

      Yearly salary, with reviews every year.

      For the year following employment, 1/12 of the yearly salary set at the time of employment is paid every month.
